My huge problem is that one way or another i want to be rich and free and entrepreneurial and an investor, however I’m not attracted to the outcome of being rich and enjoy freedom like normal people are which is mostly money, i know i want freedom and wealth, however i can’t seem to motivate me enough to actually want it so bad that i’ll do anything in my power to make it happen.
From day to day I just get by, i do a little in my business, i work 40hours a week, and i attend some training from the MLM company I’m in, but i’m not attracted by the money while other people in my mlm company are like moving and moving creating customers daily while i’m not into the money/sales part at all..
I do know money management is important, however i seem to be more happy at my job than as an entrepreneur/investor while there is what i want to end up with, especially since i’ve been hating my job since day 1 because of the lack of freedom and the salary..
You guys have any tips how i can get motivated / inspired to sell and make money and create my freedom and independent future?

You already have what it takes to do it, its just that you need to decide how far you are willing to REALLY go to reach the goal. And is this SERIOUSLY your goal, or your parents or someone else wanting this for you. You gotta want it for yourself. And yes, its work. Are you willing to do the work. If not, maybe you should be a little realistic and give yourself some time. All work and no play takes the motivation out of everything. I suggest you slow down a little, stop and smell the roses. And so what, if you take an extra year to get there than so be it. Your sanity is more important than running after riches. If its meant for you, you’ll get it. Promotions come from above. If god has it planned for you, you won’t miss out. I am not religious and I know hard work is the key. But no one will miss what is there’s. If its for you. You’ll get it. If you force it, you may mess it up or miss it. Listen to your heart. Good Luck my friend. I too want the glory and honestly, sometimes I don’t want to do all the work to get there. That’s normal. Little steps are still steps. No one said you had to Leap.
It is normal for people to have desires or aspirations that go unfulfilled due to little or no self motivation. As this cycle continues it often erodes your own self confidence leaving you with a low self esteem. This is a dangerous cycle and a bad place to be in. The longer this continues the more it ends up stunting your own personal growth and this downward spiral just seems to continue on. Make no mistake about it having a desire does not mean you also have the confidence to pursue it.
Sadly it is all too common for many to desire something but then convince themselves they can’t fulfill it BEFORE they even try to. One big reason this occurs is the natural inclination to have a fear of failure.
All our lives we’ve been taught and it is continually being reinforced that failing at anything is NOT GOOD. As a result of this learned behavior we naturally avoid any new challenges that may result in an outcome that is less then successful.
This fear of failure is wrong since one of the best ways to learn ANYTHING is thru trial and ERROR, that’s right ERROR! Without experiencing mistakes and learning from them we limit not only our personal experiences but also our personal growth.
Your lack of motivation often stems from little or no self confidence in your knowledge and/or experience. This can be overcome by learning a little bit more about what it is you want to pursue. Nobody starts out an expert, it is a learned experience!
Quite naturally we fear what we don’t know but once we gain familiarity with the unknown our fears subside and our confidence and comfort level grows. This allows us to more fully engage in the business world around us breaking through the barriers that often hold us back.
Take care as always
