			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>This MLM training bulletin is about how you as a leader can add incentives so your network marketing downline will produce more.  </p>
<p>What I&#8217;m going to share with you here DOES NOT REPLACE what you can read in &#8220;Nine Proven Actions to Get Your Downline Producing More,&#8221; an article that discusses the importance of a well trained MLM distributor.  Proven <a href="http://www.usdac.org" target=_self>mlm training</a> is the backbone of motivation.  Nothing motivates a person more than fully knowing what to say on the phone, how to say it, and having confidence that they can do that.  </p>
<p>So in conjunction with a well-trained MLM downline, here&#8217;s how I recommend you use incentives to grow your network marketing business.  Adding incentives can be thought of as games you can play to keep your MLM business fun and in the spirit of play. I&#8217;m talking about dynamic, exciting incentives to increase your MLM downline&#8217;s enthusiasm, and make them excited and looking forward to doing the business. And in turn, have that enthusiasm translate into products sold and new distributors signed up.  This also creates a fun culture around your network marketing organization. </p>
<p>As hard as it may be to believe on the surface, it is widely acknowledged that distributor recognition is as effective a motivator as an increase of income. </p>
<p>Recognition raises self-esteem. It shows your distributors that you care about them, and you value and appreciate the effort that they put forth. You can&#8217;t put a price tag on that. And once they know that you care about them BY YOUR ACTIONS, they will show you something you may not have thought possible. They will give you their best performance ever.</p>
<p>What you&#8217;re trying to achieve with incentive programs is an increase of performance.  The two important factors are: <br />
a) What performance to reward</p>
<p>b) What to reward achievers</p>
<p>What performances to reward in your MLM business:</p>
<p>	Any of the 13 activities in Pocket Tracker. (A little booklet I developed to keep track of daily performance) Such as the number of appointments set, number of presentations, the number of retail sales, etc.<br />
	Total number of guests at MLM opportunity meetings or on conference calls<br />
	New distributors per week/month/quarter<br />
	Retail products sold<br />
	Training steps completed<br />
	Highest volume, highest increase in volume, and highest increase in volume percentage and pin level achievement </p>
<p>What to reward achievers:</p>
<p>	Two things you should always do for small achievements within your network marketing organization are handwritten thank-you cards and delivered balloons or flowers.  Those two things should be a staple in your MLM business.<br />
	At every MLM training meeting you do, you should give at least two awards to high achievers.  If you do a newsletter be sure to recognize your achievers in the newsletter.  Get their picture with their guest(s).<br />
	Weekly, whoever had the most guests at the meeting or everyone who had over three guests gets a free dinner.<br />
	Professionally done certificates – in a frame ready for hanging on their wall.<br />
	Recognition pins are good.<br />
	Prospecting leads for high activity.  Like whoever has the most number of prospects on the MLM opportunity conference calls gets 20 free leads.<br />
	Apparel – such as company shirts or hats.<br />
	Convention tickets are a great one.  Everyone who sponsors five new distributors in the next two months get a free national convention ticket.<br />
	Travel is always a good one – ski trip, beach trip, cruise, family trip.</p>
<p>Points that can hurt your program…and your MLM income:</p>
<p>	Lack of MLM training – I&#8217;ve mentioned this already but it tops the list as being most important.<br />
	Reward the achievers immediately at the end of the program period.  Don&#8217;t wait.<br />
	Keep the program simple.  If there&#8217;s a ton of twists and turns – no one knows what they have to do.<br />
	Frequent winners – if the same people in your MLM organization win every time, others get discouraged.  Change the program so that it rewards the super achievers as well as others.<br />
	Lack of follow up after the program – at the end of the program right after the awards ceremony, pass out a 3×5 card and ask for comments.<br />
	Lack of communication – someone has to be driving the incentive program.  This means constant communication.  Send pictures of the destination if it&#8217;s a trip.  If it&#8217;s a car, send pictures of the car.  Keep the incentive in front of them a couple of times per week.<br />
	Lack of a good rollout.  The means plan the program.  Plan the promotion.  Plan the award.  </p>
<p>Let&#8217;s say we&#8217;re going to do a &#8220;School&#8217;s Out&#8221; Game that ends on June 1st.  The winner gets a trip for four people to Disneyland for four days.  March, April and May are the performance months.  The winner is leaving as soon as school&#8217;s out!  This gets kids involved as well.  We start promoting the program February 15th.  Awards ceremony will be at a BBQ outing on June 1st where all family members are invited.   At this event we will also announce the next program…&#8221;Back to School&#8221; Game.</p>
<p>As you can see this creates a wonderful unity between everyone within your MLM organization as well as a fun culture.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Anyone who has recruited more than a couple of people into their  network marketing business has experienced a lack of retention. While you are recruiting a new partner for your mlm business 2 others are dropping out. Obviously, this is frustrating. It is even more frustrating to see people leaving faster than you can recruit them. What can you do to build a network marketing downline that becomes more stable?</p>
<p>Too often we are so caught up in recruiting a new mlm downline that we forget about the downline we already have. We focus all of our energies on the toughest part of building the business which is recruiting. Yet we forget to take action on the easiest part: Follow-up customer service. </p>
<p>While follow-up customer service may seem difficult to get to sometimes, it is extremely important for future growth and improving your retention rates. The number of people in the downline who drop out should not be dropping out like they are. </p>
<p>Your goal should be to improve the retention rate within your own team and to make your customer service to your downline a priority. It is far more difficult to recruit new people than it is to follow-up and follow-through with those you already have. </p>
<p>Below are seven things you MUST do to increase the chances of keeping your network marketing business with a full and profitable downline. </p>
<p>1. Implement a customer service policy. If you truly want to build a solid and profitable network marketing business, you need to provide service and follow-up to your downline. </p>
<p>2. Follow-up is following-through. You must follow-up with your new downline within one week. Call them within one week of to see if they are using the products and if they have any questions you can answer.</p>
<p>3. Staying in contact shows you care. Building a successful downline for your network marketing business is all about building relationships.</p>
<p>4. Anticipate the needs of your downline. By staying in contact, you can anticipate or stay ahead of your their needs. As someone who is successful yourself you know what they are going to thru and will go through to build their business.</p>
<p>5. Keep records on your downline. Jot down notes on your converstaions for future follow-up. </p>
<p>6. Work closely and be supportive. No one is guaranteed success. However, you will be amazed at how high of a success rate you will have with those you personally sponsor when you work closely with them and are supportive of their efforts. </p>
<p>7. Create intimacy with your downline. Show them you are not just in it to get their money. If you provide value through concern for them as a person and deliver quality customer service in every way possible, you will find your downline will be there for the long term. </p>
<p>In summary make follow-up and customer service with your network marketing mlm downline a priority. This is the key to higher retention and increased income for you and them in the future.</p>

<p>While many people actively involved in MLM&#8217;s see the attraction of new prospects as a major point to focus on, taking good care of your downline is also as important as looking for new sign-ups. The good thing about MLM&#8217;s is that if either you or your downline gets people signed, you stand to be advantaged under both cases. You most times would even stand to gain more from having your own downline recruit their own downlines as many MLM programs would give you a higher commission when this happens.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Being a good sponsor to your downline is very important and this article teaches you why and how.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>A first important thing to note here is that if you have let&#8217;s say 10 people as downlines. Instead of looking for anymore prospects, keeping your downline active is bound to give you more prospects than if you do the work of attracting them all by yourself. The math speaks for itself; if one person is able to bring in a new prospect everyday, that&#8217;s ten prospects for you per day compared to the one prospect you get if you have a non-functional downline and have to get the prospects yourself.</p>

<p>Being a good sponsor should not be as hard as it may sound to you. It only requires a little knowledge on the right things to do and once you have those in place, you can count yourself very lucky. The MLM industry is quite competitive at the same time boring for start-ups. <p>Keeping your downlines active is an important step to becoming a good sponsor. Keeping your downlines constantly informed should not take more than a couple calls or emails per week. In these emails or phone calls you make, let your downlines know you have their interest at heart. As an upline, you have much more work to do but be sure your rewards would be worth it. You can always go through free yet useful information on the internet and post this information to your downline. Some of the things you send should include: teaching your downlines on latest leads and informing them on how to take care of their own downlines. Taking care of your downline without teaching how to do the same to their downlines would be an incomplete job on your part.</p>

<p>There are a couple other ways to being a good sponsor but none is at effective and important as keeping your downlines constantly informed. Doing this ensures they know that you have their interest at hear. This boosts the confidence of your downline and makes them gingered enough to go out there and look for more prospects.</p>

You&#8217;re not sure what to say to them and when they object to joining you, you&#8217;re not sure how to overcome it. So, what I&#8217;m going to do is share with you some tips on recruiting leads into your downline.</p>
<p>That way, you will know what to say to get them to join you in your home business.</p>
<p>There are a couple of things that a lot of people object to when joining a <a href="http://www.usdac.org" target=_self>home based business</a>. The first thing is money. They want to know if you&#8217;re making money.</p>
<p>Now, what you can say to them is; 1.) You can&#8217;t disclose that info because your company won&#8217;t allow it. This is true for most home businesses. 2.) It doesn&#8217;t matter what you&#8217;re making, it doesn&#8217;t guarantee that they&#8217;ll make a million bucks. 3.) Or jokingly, you can tell them that you make a million bucks a year. And then tell them that you don&#8217;t disclose how much you make and that you can understand that they want to know.</p>
<p>Bottom line is&#8230;this is your business. You don&#8217;t have to get interviewed by the person you are calling. It&#8217;s ok to answer a few questions and concerns. But at the end of the day, there are thousands of people out there that want you to help them.</p>
<p>Another thing you can say to help when recruiting leads into your downline is to make sure you can overcome skeptics. There are a lot of people that are skeptical of products, services, and making money in a home business. When overcoming this, just make sure you tell them that there are guarantees in place to help them.</p>
<p>Your products and services should come with a guarantee. If they don&#8217;t, you can always add your own. Tell them you will buy the products back if they don&#8217;t like it. There are a lot of twists you can add to this to recruit more people into your home business.</p>
<p>These are some tips on recruiting leads into your downline. If you really want to grow your home business, you&#8217;re going to have to call the leads that you buy or generate. Either way, each call you make, you will become better and more successful.</p>

So, what I&#8217;m going to do is share with you some tips on how to recruit more people into your downline.</p>
<p>That way, you will have some MLM recruiting training that will help you sponsor more people into your business.</p>
<p>The first thing you need to do is find who the right people are for the service or products that you offer. This means you should focus on finding people who have an interest in the benefits that you product offers. I&#8217;ll give you an example of what I mean.</p>
<p>If you promote travel, you don&#8217;t want to talk to people who never travel or go on vacations. You want to focus on people who travel. When you tell them how you can help them save money on travel, they&#8217;ll be all ears. Most of them will want to sign up with you because of the benefit your company offers.</p>
<p>Or if you market a health beverage, think about one of the benefits that it offers and figure out what type of person would want that benefit. This will make growing your business easy.</p>
<p>Another MLM recruiting training tip is to know how to overcome basic objections. The basic objections that will most likely hear are ones that are associated with money or skepticism. People will either say they don&#8217;t have the money (or something similar to it) or they will ask you if you&#8217;re making money or if your business is legit.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s all based on money and skepticism. People just want to make sure you&#8217;re looking out for their best interest and that you truly want to help them.</p>
