MLM Recruiting Interview with David Wood

MLM Recruiting Interview with David Wood

MLM recruiting doesn’t need to be terribly difficult. Honestly it is a relatively simple process. You find a way to expose yourself to enough people there is noway you can fail. That is the beauty of true network marketing recruiting, you cannot fail if you talk to enough people. This is constantly proven over and over again by industry leaders and newbies alike in the work from home recruiting business arena. David Wood and I in a recent interview we did probably said it the best.

Yeah, it’s not going be easy. But hey, it’s not going be hard.

At the start of this interview with David Wood on MLM recruiting, I asked David you know, everyone wants to know how the gurus get started. So what was it that really set you off and got you out there so quickly? After all, David Wood built a huge network marketing recruiting business in just 90 days. His candid response was, “No one can ever accuse me of being lazy, the most important thing Gregory, is to just start and do it.”

Those are probably the truest words out there. So many people who want to become these MLM recruiting superstars just get totally caught up in things that are just not all that important. Shuffling papers, organizing pens, looking at a thousand pound phone for hours on in wishing they could pick it up to call the leads they just bought or generated so they can start their own work from home recruiting success. Well, honestly my best advice for you all… is to get over it… and get started!

What I like about David Wood is him and I are totally in agreement. It is way easier to build and to start network marketing recruiting heavily when you’re building fast and furious. So what does that mean? It means you’re calling a hundred people a day, you’re talking to people at the grocery store, you’re leaving drop cards everywhere you go, you’re actively learning marketing and networking skills. Because yes, MLM recruiting is not as simple as just asking Mom to join your vitamin deal.

Unfortunately, you must actually become a business owner. A business owner means a person who is creating skills in himself and in others. A person who is constantly improving themselves personally and professionally. Doing this will increase your likelihood of massive MLM recruiting success. Another thing David Wood and I discussed in our interview was the fact that no one who has made the big money in network marketing were ever ordinary people.

Truly to do extraordinary things you must be extraordinary, for the ordinary cannot accomplish them.

Now the beauty of it is, you can become extraordinary and once you do you will never again be ordinary. For the mind is a funny thing, for those with open doors they may grow their mind endlessly and when they do the mind shall find it hard again to shrink.

The same is true with MLM recruiting. When you first start really producing, you’ll probably be the guy handing out two dvds a day or promoting your upline heavily. Now this strategy works absolutely! Many people have made six-figure incomes in network marketing recruiting by handing out dvds and pre-made tools. David Wood and I discuss though in our interview that as you grow it is important you start implementing more advanced marketing strategies into your business. Especially things like the internet.

Start creating your own branded tools, dvds, webinars and presentations. Imagine how easy MLM recruiting will be if you have a small downline of two-hundred people all handing out dvds with your face on it? Could you imagine?

People will search you out actively, looking for way and begging for a way to join your business.

And can you imagine how much easier it will be for you to sponsor when you hand out dvds of your own face, giving your own presentation?

Now before you get excited and start spending hundreds of dollars on self-created dvds with your face on it, you got to remember, the people who make the dvds must be making good money already. However this strategy will secure your brand as a long-lasting leader in the network marketing recruiting arena. It will brand you as a leader and a person people want to follow, an attractive figure.

Until you master presentation skills and have done enough MLM recruiting to have at least a small thriving downline building beneath you, you won’t want to create your own dvds or tools. Until then use your upline even like how David Wood was doing when he first started seeing a lot of his network marketing recruiting success. Overtime your confidence in your ability will grow, and your ability to do this work from home recruiting thing is going to magnify and grow to a massive level.

Just like how it did with David Wood. It doesn’t need to take long. After all, he did it in just 11 months.

The Interview Question Answered – What Are Your Weaknesses?

One of the most challenging questions in a job interview is ‘What are your weaknesses?’. Many articles that suggest ways to answer this question conflict with each other. Here are some tips that will help you answer this question without compromising your chance of getting that job.

The following tips are meant to help you make a positive impression and boost your confidence on your next job interview.

There is an old approach to answering this question, which is a big no-no: Trying to find something that is really an asset and mentioning it as a weakness. This is wrong! Stop doing this in your interviews. For example, you may say that you work really hard and explain it as if it were a weakness. This is cheating and a lot of interviewers may not like it. When the interviewer asks for your weakness, he actually wants you to talk about your weakness and not try to hide it.

Ask what you can do for the company. Of course, I am paraphrasing the famous John F. Kennedy quote. It is your job to show the interviewer what you can do for the company, not what it can do for you. That is why talk of benefits and salary are usually not appropriate at the first round of the interview unless the employer brings up the subject.

* Personal hygiene: This refers to bathing, brushing your teeth, combing your hair, trimming your fingernails and/or eye brows, and yes this includes the use of perfume or men’s cologne. An important note here is to be considerate of others and please don’t overdo the perfume or cologne.

* Clean clothes: Please note that personal hygiene and wearing clean clothes are two separate concepts. Personal hygiene involves taking care of the body, while wearing clean clothes means adorning the body. It would be senseless to take a shower and then put on dirty sweaty clothing on before an interview. Yes, clean clothing is very important.

* No gum chewing: If you’re one of those persons that are very self-conscious of your breath whether for medical reasons or forgot to avoid eating onions for lunch before the interview, please remember that gum chewing is totally not an option. One suggestion is to be prepared with small breath mints or small and portable Listerine breath strips that dissolve immediately in your mouth.

Your honest reply regarding your weakness and your sincere attempt to overcome it will definitely impress your interviewer. When you go for your next interview, make sure you don’t do the mistakes we talked about.
