If you are going to take the time to write and post an article you really want to make sure you are seeing some kind of return on your time investment. To ensure your article marketing is effective as possible you will want to avoid these seven deadly sins.

In other words many are putting the cart before the horse. The main purpose of article marketing is to secure backlinks to your primary blog or website.

Your secondary purpose is to establish your credibility and position yourself as a leader. Lastly you may drive some traffic to your site. However… building your blog or websites reputation with the search engines should be your primary objective. Why? Because search engines deliver free traffic to quality sites and one of the main factors they use to determine if your site it worthy is incoming links aka backlinks.

First off no one likes to be manipulated especially in such an obvious way. It instantly puts a negative connotation in the minds of your prospects never mind the fact it is highly ineffective anyway.

This also brings us back to Sin #1. Search engines are not going to start ranking your affiliate site because it has a few incoming links. Secondly, you simply aren’t going to drive the amount of traffic you need to be successful this way. You have to think bigger.

Imagine for a moment you have a website of your own that receives ten thousand visitors a day from the major search engines. Now you can direct that traffic to your affiliate programs, prepackaged MLM sites or anywhere else you like!

So your goal should always be to build a business (website or blog) that generates its own free traffic, free leads, retail sales etc…

Everyone already knows what they have to say about attraction marketing and so on… Nothing makes you look more unprofessional than being a second rate version of a true MLM Leader.

Be a first rate version of yourself! Establish yourself as a leader by being uniquely you, sharing original ideas and expressing yourself genuinely. You bring something to the table…find YOUR voice. Develop your own business plan, marketing strategy and business philosophy.

If your spiritual than own it and incorporate it into your message! If you’re aggressive, sarcastic, critical… just be yourself. You aren’t going to become a leader by just being another follower of the “gurus” in this industry.

Seriously you can learn all the HTML you need to know in about fifteen minutes anywhere on the Internet. White space is beautiful. You can only hear sound against the backdrop of silence. It is the same thing with reading.

One huge block of text is like an assault on the eyes. The only response you will ever get is the dreaded backspace button.

Effective article marketing is designed to be informative and valuable to its readers. Unfortunately no one cares about your opportunity. I know, I know…that’s all you really want to talk about but you do want to eventually make money at this right?

At least attempt to disguise your pitch as valuable content. Even better…deliver real content that helps your reader! In fact if you can truly deliver excellent information there will be no need for a pitch at all. Your prospects will ask you for information. Why? Because they will know that you are in a position to help them.

This industry is in desperate need of true leadership. Establish yourself as someone who can actually help and you will no longer need to pitch anything.

MLM’ers are a savvy bunch. They know the ins and outs of the business and most don’t want to become your “lead.” Now this goes against everything you have ever been taught but…lead capture pages are genius in most industries but in ours they might just keep you from seeing the success you are looking for.

Are you really looking for a lead or are you looking for business partners? Business partners want to contact you, ask questions, make proposals…not get a free report on MLM tips.

For example…when I come across a good article I immediately do research on the writer and check out a couple of their other articles. If I find them valuable and our business philosophies match I reach out to request an interview for my site. Free promotion for them, value for my visitors sounds like a win win.

But if all I can find is a lead capture page then this person lost an opportunity to promote their business. Therefore I suggest you ensure you’re not losing business by establishing a way people can contact you.

In business you should constantly be looking to accomplish multiple objectives at once. We already mentioned two or three of your article marketing objectives for MLM success. Your main objective should be to get your primary website into search engine results but it doesn’t hurt to get your article there as well.

In fact the higher your article page rank the more “juice” your link will have to your blog or website. Therefore you will want to incorporate a little white hat SEO into your article layout. Your article should be designed around a single keyword or select few. The title, first 90 characters, last paragraph and even link should contain your keyword as well as disbursing it throughout your copy.

Another tip would be to link one article to another article. In this way you build the credibility of the second article and the power of its link back to your home site.

You can’t circumvent the laws of nature…not even in business. Are you prepared to have a child? .

The promise of MLM is a business that generates ongoing residual income independent of your personal involvement. This is what your business can blossom into. However the core of your business needs to be built first and the growth of your business will take time.

9 months. It takes this long for a baby to take its first breath and this is just the beginning. As a parent you must do everything for your child. Aside from breathing your baby needs your care in every aspect of its life. Slowly over time it grows more and more independent and hopefully if you have really done your job well your child becomes a healthy independent adult.

Are you willing to care for your business in the same way? This is the natural process of growth. Months and months of work and “labor” go into just building the foundation of your business, to birth your business.

With months of work…tired and having done so much… and still no return on your investment. This is something you will have to expect. You cannot give birth to a fully functioning adult.

However the day will arrive when your business is born. This is when it begins to take on a life of its own. It begins to grow even on your days off. You capture a lead. You receive an e-mail from a prospect. You sign a distributor you never even met. You get your first check in the mail.

Your business generates enough money to be happy with. You have the freedom to walk in any direction you choose.

You have achieved MLM Success. This is the path you can walk. It is a long but beautiful road.

As a parent you may agree that those without children don’t know the joy of it. They don’t realize that even a sleepless night caring for a sick child is one of the most beautiful nights of your life and you would never go back to the days before being a parent.

It is the same in business.

Every moment you spend building your business isn’t a struggle. It is a labor of love and the benefit is so worth it.

They want to jump right into the monetization phase. They want the benefits of a full grown adult business without the work and responsibility of being a business owner.

MLM sponsoring can be tough, not to mention time consuming. With today’s economy people are seriously struggling to sponsor people into their MLM companies. So if you want to learn how to start sponsoring two or three people per day in your business, carry on reading.

Before I begin, let me clear something up. There is just no way you can start recruiting 2-3 people a day overnight. To get to that level, it’s going to take you 3-6 months or more. Sponsoring people into your MLM business is an art. It’s an art that you can only master over time.

The real secret to sponsoring people into your MLM business is connecting with people over the phone. Most people never do it. Once you generate a lead or purchase one, you need to call that lead right away. Most people will just write them a quick email and hope they join their company.

The person who picks up the phone and calls a prospect will be the person who sponsors the prospect into their business. Think about it. If someone’s interested in a company and has subscribed to a couple of the rep’s email lists. They are going to be getting several emails pitching them to join.

The first guy to call the prospect up is going to sponsor him or her. It’s just as simple as that. Calling people is the way forward and if you’re looking to build a 5+ figure MLM business, you need to call your prospects. It’s funny how most people hide behind their computer screens.

Sponsoring people into your MLM business is a numbers game. The more people you speak to, the more people you will sponsor. What you need to do is set a target for the amount of people you need to talk to in order to sponsor maybe 2 or 3 people a day. Once you get really good at prospecting, you should be able to sponsor 1 in every 10 people you speak to. So you need to pick up the phone and talk to 10 to 30 people per day.

I can’t tell you how to do that as that’s way out of the reach of this article. However, once you figure out how many hours you need to do the prospecting. You can pretty much work out how much time it’s going to take you to make x amount of money in your MLM company.

The real thing is to be consistent and to follow a simple plan. As for leads, you can come up with a plan to generate 30 leads a day in no time. You can ask for phone numbers on the street or you can generate them on the Internet like me. Either one, the key is to be consistent and never give up.

Network Marketing MLM is booming the economy in the worldwide. This is emerging business of the future. If you have joined MLM to make huge money than you must be familiar with MLM Compensation Pay Plan. Without knowing the Compensation plan and how it’s help you to rain money into your bank you would never be  successful in Network Marketing MLM. Below is the list & details of Compensation Plan which will help you to understand the basics.

1 ) The Binary MLM Compensation Pay Plan

As the name binary you required pair matching of 2 legs Left & Right. You would earn a commission on the Entire Volume of your weakest Leg. A person who joins is free to occupy one or more “business centers,” each have limit of 2 down line legs. Systems in place to earn Commissions at a later (via a Carryover) on your Strongest leg. There is no No depth limit on incentive but each matrix has a finite amount that can be paid out, thus necessitating involvement in multiple two leg matrices. Payment in binaries is often on a weekly basis.

Compensation is paid on group volume of the downline legs rather than a percentage of sales. Sales volume must be balanced in the two legs to be eligible for commissions, which are paid at designated points when target levels of group sales are achieved. Simple to explain. Group cooperation promoted because payout is on group volume and requires balancing of volume in each leg to be eligible for payout.

More democratic because of limitation on payout in each matrix. Unlimited depth of payout, and the allowance of looping or re-entry. Controversial unfortunate origins in the early 1990s in fraudulent gold coin programs, and its use later for other questionable products did not help. By the end of the 1990s, and after many legal challenges, the binary was not in great favor, and only companies like USANA, that had applied the concept to consumables, seemed to be around.

2 ) The Forced  Matrix MLM Compensation Pay Plan

Limited to a certain number of recruits at each level. E.g., in a 3×5 matrix, each Level down to Level 5 can only sponsor 3 downlines. New members may be placed underneath uplines who did not directly sponsor them. E.g. In a 3-wide matrix, the 4th distributor you sponsor would be placed under one of the first 3 distributors you personally sponsored (your first-level distributors).

This “Spillover” can be attractive to novice distributors if they sign on with strong leaders who help fill their grids. Also, it works well in companies where most of the products are used by the distributors, rather than sold to outside consumers. Criticised by regulatory agencies because they sometimes look like “a game”. Nevertheless, several major companies operate matrix plans. No successful record in the industry, and they foster sleeping downlines.
3) The Unlevel/Generation MLM Compensation Pay Plan

This is the most common of all the compensation plans. It is where most of the really big money is made in MLM. This big money, however, is made by a very small percentage of people. Breakaway plans are geared for full-time effort. Attrition is the highest with breakaway plans and it generally will cost more to build your business. This is a work program. It takes persistence, salesmanship, and requires the ability for you to train your recruits. Companies which use breakaway plans tend to pay higher commissions. However, the plan may be extremely difficult for most people to duplicate.

Unilevel MLM plans are very simple in structure and function. The simplicity of this type of plan makes it simple to explain to new distributors, because it lacks complicated concepts like breakaways.

Unlike matrix plans, a unilevel plan places no limitations on the width of a distributor’s frontline. The opportunity for an infinitely wide frontline allows for a great deal of downline building potential. Many unilevel pay plans use a spillover concept in their compensation structure. This concept generally places a higher commission rate on the third level. This gives a distributor a reason to build their organization deep and not simply wide. This strategy helps others in the downline build their frontlines, since the third level of the organization is the frontline for another generational level.

With no breakaways to contend with, all sales volume goes towards the monthly production goals of the distributor. This synergy makes it easier for a distributor to advance to higher compensation levels.

4) The Board MLM Compensation Pay Plan

This is the newest concept of compensation pay plan. This plan required you to sponsor some people when you start this mlm compensation plan. After a level for example you would sponsor 3:3 people and you will earn some good amount of incentive. After that you will be entered to a Board. There will be people who have done the same and been eligible to enter to the board.

This Board plan include some other method in the completion process e.g. Cross Matrix, Re-cycle entry, Unlimited Income, Automatic move to next level

5 ) The Tri Binary / Australian Binary MLM Compensation Pay Plan

No legitimate conversation regarding achieving MLM success can be had without discussing the utilization of attraction marketing. Attraction marketing entails positioning yourself so your prospects find you. In other words instead of attempting to sell individuals on your opportunity you make yourself available so those interested can find you.

However the question remains once your prospects find you, do they like you? I refer to the art of building report and connecting to your prospects via the written word and internet technologies as MLM Seduction. By “seduction” I mean it more in the sense of “courtship” not to be confused with anything devious.

For those of using attraction marketing we can determine how well we are “liked” in a couple key ways. For one we look at conversion rates. The higher or rate the better we are doing at our real goal. We are not merely looking to attract prospects but persuade them into some course of action.

This is where many fail. They are so focused on “getting traffic” and presenting their opportunity to as many people as possible that they totally forget the human element. In fact we all fall victim to this mentality on occasion. Did you know that 99% of e-retailers fail? As MLM distributors it would be advisable to step back and appraise or “likeability” every once in a while.

For example, many make the decision to build a website to attract prospects, deliver their message and automate the prospecting process. But they immediately put up a pitch page, storefront or affiliate marketing promotion. This leads to the ultimate vote of dislike, the back-button.

So how do you take attraction marketing to the next level? Your level of MLM success will be directly proportional to the level of service you provide. Do you want people to like you? Then do something of value for them.

This should not simply be looked at as another packaging of the traditional marketing pipeline, sales funnel stuff. The intention behind providing “free information” in various forms accessed through a lead capture page and so on is usually selfish. Obviously these techniques work but the MLM prospect is much savvier than the average consumer.

To really stand out in this industry you need to devise a way to go beyond providing information. If you were to reverse engineer what the true MLM leaders are doing in our industry you would find that they establish mutually beneficial relationships. They devise ways to help others while simultaneously building their own businesses, credibility and reputation.
